Shark Freediving

I’ll keep it short today, as it’s my birthday. So I guess my family would like me to see me with them, instead me sitting behind the computer.   After I saw the following video I was really amazed about how easy and beautiful Peter Pedersen’s 200 meter world record dive looked like. It was also the first time I was convinced of the efficiency of the monofin if you master the technique correctly. This video is still high on my personal “best freediving clips ever” list. Enjoy! Oh and the music comes from the movie the Matrix and fits very nicely with it.
